The spa relaxation was truly excellent, providing the perfect base for our first part of the stay in Japan. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering help with everything from present-wrapping to providing a warm welcome every time we returned. The room was clean and incredibly spacious, and the spa area was clean and incredibly relaxing. Plus, we loved having the option to swim in the 24M pool for some exercise. The hotel's proximity to the trendy Ometosando area made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. We also found it convenient to walk to Shinjuku and the Imperial Palace area. we had a wonderful and rejuvenating experience at this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and we were fortunate to receive a free upgrade. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the walk-in shower, although the shower door was a bit tricky to maneuver. The hotel provided complimentary coffee with a high-quality coffee maker, which was a nice touch. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming when we checked in and checked out. The location was convenient, as it was close to attractions and even a baseball stadium. We highly recommend catching a game while staying here.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel is located in a great area of town, close to trendy Ometosando area where you can find a lot of shopping options. It is also reasonably easy to get to Shinjuku and to the Imperial Palace area by foot. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a joyful bathroom facility. The staff are mostly helpful and sincere, providing warm welcomes and going out of their way to assist, such as with present-wrapping. The spa area is clean and very relaxing, with a 24M swimming pool for exercise.
The hotel lacks proper signage on the roadside and could do more to promote itself internationally.

The staff was kind and welcoming, and we received a couple of complimentary items, which was a nice touch. The location was fantastic - close to shopping areas and with easy access to public transport. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
There were some downsides to our stay. The breakfast was a la carte only, which was pricy, and there were no gluten-free bread options available.
